A new era starts today

The greatest football club on earth returns to work today. And so does this bloger.

After a bitter end of the season where Benfica became, in all honesty a great deception, the enthusiasm returns and the new super stars, training for the first time with a shirt they will remember for the rest of their lives. No mater where their future will be.

I will post some personal views about all of them in other posts.

Also return the rest of last year’s squad with the exception of players who played for their national teams in friendly matches and in the confederations cup.

Among these players is one that will, sadly not return at all this season. GOD will play his football somewhere else.

Aimar I hope this could be a “see you soon D10S” as I believe you will return to the club some day.

Cannot wait for the end of this silly season. Great things will happen this year.
In all honesty, I believe we have learned with our mistakes and we can win the league this up coming season. Also with the Champions League final in our Glorious stadium I hope we can reach the final and hopefully win it.
