Last game against Sporting...

It was with no surprises that the GLORIOUS TEAM won the last derby against our eternal rivals better known as the Portuguese comedians.

Sporting, started the game surprisingly well and even got themselves in front with a much consented goal. They were simply more aggressive on the ball, more compact and organized then BENFICA.

After that first goal BENFICA realized they were playing to somehow save their appalling season. It was like a wakeup call and BENFICA take control.

In the second half we soccer 3 times and Sporting never had an answer to our superior quality.

With this victory we increase the distance to our noisy neighbours to 18 points with only 11 games played. But maybe more important toped the league table. This position still been shared with Porto but we have now more goals scored and this give us the first spot.
