Finally (4 days latter)

At least some time to write some words about last Saturday game. Obviously the great BENFICA vs. Braga. Did end in a disappointing draw, 2-2.

As expected, the ref had at least an absolutely gross mistake when disallowed us a clean goal. At the minute 81, an unbelievable keeper blunder end up with the ball in the end of the net. 

Watch this and try not to laugh...too much… 

Before that,  @ 57’ Ruben Amorim sees a yellow card for a tackle, which stop a dangerous contra-atack. Benfica flying up the pitch on a 4vs.3 situation. What could be an eminent goal situation.

Nothing against that, fouls like that, to stop situations like that, append every game and you would do almost anything to stop the opposition to score.

My issue is that as a nasty and dangerous tackle from behind, it could injure Rodrigo quite badly. The referee should have sent the player to the dressing room. It has a clear, red card situation, in my opinion.

Furthermore @ 74' a yellow card to Cardoso. He just jumped with the keeper just inside the 18-yard box. Not even touched him. Beto threw himself to the ground faking an injury. No card should ever been show to the Benfica player.

Start well this season. Last year this situations come at the end, when the Portuguese Juventus needed to recover 5 points, or else.
